Leading up to this purchase decision I spoke to many dealerships and DCH Honda stood out when it came to their straightforward and transparent approach to negotiations. I'd give 5 stars if the staff did a better job keeping their masks on throughout the showroom. I was very pleased with how my sales rep handled it but I saw a great deal of team members walking around their masks completely below their chins. It really made me uncomfortable given I had my kids with me. More

We were pleased with the price for our new Honda and had negotiated virtually. I called the morning of to confirm purchase and thought the car would be ready. We waited for over 3 hours even and the lack of efficiency during COVID was astonishing. It took over half hour for them to get the car from warehouse and then the paperwork and car detailing took forever. It all could have been prepared ahead of time before we came in. We weren’t offered water the entire 3 hours! The finance person didn’t even explain what we were signing and just thrusted papers in front of us- I had to ask what it meant! More
