Kudos to George Z George listened to my "story", addressed all my concerns/issues with no prompting from me. I wasn't sure I was in the market for a car. George was genuinely concerned for me as a customer and a human being. I have never encountered a more honest, straight shooter in the car sales business. I am 75 years old and have been "around the block" with many car buying experiences. I purchased a new car on the spot - no haggling or pressure whatsoever. Anyone seeking a straight forward, no nonsense car buying experience needs to meet George Z at Ray Chevrolet. I usually deal with Rob Chavez in the service department when I take my cars in. HE IS THE BEST!!!!! Always goes above an beyond what is expected and is very nice and he truly cares for the customer and takes care of the their cars. Thank you Rob!!! The extra mile you take means a lot to customers. I never feel rushed! Kyle is always amazing! Every time I go in there he always greets us with a warming smile! The service manager with the high squeaky voice could use s Kyle is always amazing! The service manager with the high squeaky voice could use some a couple crash courses on manners though... the tall dark haired manager also could, he always gives creepy eyes when I go in. Best service I have been a customer of Ray's since Bohmer chevy closed it's doors. Was not sure where to go and heard only good things about Ray's.
