Bought a car with a clunking sound. They then argued with me that they didn’t need to do an alignment (spoke with other certified mechanics to confirm this is untrue). The missed alignment cause my back tires to wear and cause swaying driving down highway (I have two kids I want safe in my car with me). They said they would talk about getting a reimbursement for my tires and I never heard back from them. Have tried to be in contact with both GMs, Jeff and Liz multiple times over the span of about TWO MONTHS trying to set up an in person meeting. After spending over $40,000 in one day on my husbands and my car, I have heard nothing back from either of them. Absolutely horrible experience with this entire dealership and will absolutely make sure to tell everyone I know don’t waste their time or money. Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. More

They are a xxxx poor dealership. Customer service that I received from one particular sales manager (MANAGER) was incredibly rude and quite disgusting if you ask me. Was sold a car that should have never left the lot. They will NOT take responsibility for their own mistake. Does not matter who you are dealing with. They never hold their end of any agreement. Make claims that never happened. And refuse to fix things they've messed up. They are a horrible dealer and I would NOT EVER recommend them to even my worst enemy. Even after telling them multiple times they do not ever want ME to leave a review they continue to text me asking me to do so! Well, here you go TIM'S TRUCK CAPITAL!! Here's your review that we know you are just going to delete anyways because all you ever do is sweep things under the rug and ruin people lives with the intolerable sales lot you have.
