Liz Rincon, our service representative was informative, courteous and very efficient in processing our car for its maintenance checkup. We had asked for a ride to the Woodlands Mall (and pickup, of course courteous and very efficient in processing our car for its maintenance checkup. We had asked for a ride to the Woodlands Mall (and pickup, of course) while the car was being serviced. Circumstances changed due to the wet and rainy weather and Liz said she could have our vehicle ready in about 90 minutes. This new option sounded good, so we stayed at the dealership, had a bit of chocolate and perused the new Mercedes in the showroom. Time flew by and our car was ready within the 90 minutes as estimated. Good job! More
