I went to the service center on 5/2/2020 for annual service and state inspection. I had planned on staying their because I thought that it would not take long enough for a loaner car. My Service Advisor Liz Rincon notified me that my vehicle would take a little longer than I expected because the service being done was more involved than an oil change. She arranged a loaner car for me to use until my vehicle was ready. The the loaner car was sanitized which made me feel better about using it. A few hours later I was notified by Liz to pick up my vehicle. Liz has a friendly helpful attitude about her. She always makes me feel welcome and appreciated. It"s a comfort to entrust that she is going to take care of my requests in a timely manner. Thanks Liz! More

The sales team did not swarm me when I arrived to look at cars but The Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands has the nicest employees and the best service. The snack room was well stocked and the waiting lobby is very comfortable, however, I didn't have to wait long for anything. My sales man, Richard Harper, was fantastic as was Mike Lilley.
