I made a quick pit stop into the service area and asked if someone could quickly listen and confirm if the sound is normal. Elizabeth and her tech came out and reassured me it was normal. No fuss. No appointment needed. No $150+ fee to confirm this. It might not have meant much to them but it meant a lot to me. Thank you for your professionalism. Y’all are always top notch. They greeted me with a smile and made me feel like a valued customer. They were also very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions and concerns about my car. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with complimentary waters available. The service department also had a shuttle service available for those who needed to leave their car for an extended period of time. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and efficiency of the service. What impressed me the most was the honesty and transparency of the service department. They didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services or repairs, which I have experienced at other dealerships. Instead, they were upfront about the cost and provided me with options to fit my budget. Overall, I highly recommend the service department at this car dealership.
