I should have a harsher rating, but I want to believe the dealer experience is better than a local shop. I dropped off the car and waited inside. For the higher price I expect a better experience I received my car back with the front plate severely damaged and broken plate frame. They fixed the issue after I pointed it out. I later noticed the washer fluid was completely out a day later. I would like to think they review and fix the minor issues but that didn't seem to be the case. More
