Took many return trips to finally fix issue, including my own research. Lloyd was sweet, apologetic, and dedicated to getting to the bottom of this puzzling issue. I spoke with a manager, because this was th own research. Lloyd was sweet, apologetic, and dedicated to getting to the bottom of this puzzling issue. I spoke with a manager, because this was the second time an issue took more than one drop off to correct. Seems no one tested those fixes had actually worked. In the end, Honda associates stuck with it, made loaner cars available to me for many days, and promised my next oil change would be at no charge. I will continue to be a loyal customer. More
