Hi there, we totally understand your frustration and know how tough it is for many customers trying to find vehicles in this market. With the current shortages (and many vehicles still taking several months to fulfill demand), we are trying to focus on our local customers to ensure they have vehicles available to them. Since Wisconsin's border is only 30 minutes from the Twin Cities, we've decided as a store to allow these customers to purchase from us as well. Should production increase enough, we may revise our policy - Iowa would likely be one of the next states that we would work with. We would like to politely ask you to revise your review to untag any employees. We would hate for this to damage their reputation on DealerRater. Thank you in advance.

1. I was not able to remove the key from the ignition. I tried all of the obvious methods, but it did not pull out. The dealer tugged at it to get it out. This would have been a real problem had I not just taken the car home. 2. The second issue was that when I topped off the gas, the fuel gage did not move. 3. I had to drive back to the dealer to get another rental. 4. The second rental was the same model Camry and everything worked fine. We have always had good experiences with Toyota ( our 10th new car), and all Rudy Luther Golden Valley employees.
