The man who sold me the car was very nice, but there were issues with the financing. I ended up paying extra percentage points and the proceeds took almost three hours. By the time I was able to leave, it wa issues with the financing. I ended up paying extra percentage points and the proceeds took almost three hours. By the time I was able to leave, it was dark and the dealership was closing. I was told a bumper had been fixed. It was not and I did not check it. No one walked me through the buttons or told me how to make things work or helped me set up a phone etc. I’ve had that kind of service at other dealerships and forgot about it with the hassle of the financing and extra interest I’ll be paying. I’ve had the car for less than two weeks. The brakes are squeaking and a malfunction warning light has been coming on. I have to take it back to the dealership. I am getting a loaner (I pushed for this), but the loaner was supposed to be done tomorrow. Instead it’s been pushed off to Friday and my new car will be there at least over the weekend and possibly longer. It also took several attempts for anyone to call me back. I will say that now after several attempts someone is calling back, but it took a lot of effort on my part to do this. This is not a dealership I’d recommend going to. I will not go there again. More
