Kelli Campbell is the best Service Advisor we have ever had. For us to get absolutely terrible service from Planet Lincoln and then take our Lincoln to Planet Ford because of my Husbands Service Advisor an had. They remove my engine cover and never replaced it. now they are telling me they are not sure what happened to the engine cover.
