The service department at Arlington Heights Ford was amazing. I had an issue with my car (which only has 15K miles on it). Ford (corporate) refused to pay for it even though it was a known issue. Jerry amazing. I had an issue with my car (which only has 15K miles on it). Ford (corporate) refused to pay for it even though it was a known issue. Jerry the service director wouldn't take that as an answer. He fought for me and got my issue covered completely. He was amazing to work with. He was so genuine and actually wanted to help me. He could have easily said "Sorry, Ford said it's not covered" and moved on with his day. But he didn't. He went up the chain and he got my issue resolved. I am very grateful to Jerry and his whole staff. I don't write reviews often, but I felt in necessary in this case since he went so far above and beyond to help me get my issue resolved. Lou was great as well. Good communication, and got the work done really fast! More

Excellent experience with Lou. Had to have my sons car repaired during spring break and Lou got it done.
