Because of the excellent attention and service I have received from Greg, who met all my SL specifications, along w/ the excellent assistance we received from Lou Romano, the manager, I will no doubt return to Greg and the Ray Catena Dealership to purchase my fourth Mercedes in the future. I would highly recommend Greg to anyone considering buying a Mercedes Benz at the Ray Catena dealership. More

On Monday, July 25th, I returned to Ray Catena Mercedes Benz,an appointment was scheduled for 11:30am by 1pm the deal was done,I received confirmation that the bill of sale completed and need my review... Although I didn't get the opportunity to meet Mr. Louis A. Romano(CPO Sales Manager) I did meet briefly Mr. Anthony Marino (General Sales Manager) and Mr. Joseph Sangimino (Sales & Leasing Representative) all three showed me care ,compassion, I felt seen and heard by all ... I thank you individually and collectively... Mr. Sangimino walked me through the bill of sale,My husband Jeffrey and I witnessed an excellent presentation of advanced technology to complete documents,all signed in a timely manner,Superior Customer service by the employees who assisted Joe they were excited for me and super friendly too. The whole process was efficient and and smooth to the very end. Thank you doesn't seem enough to ,it meant everything to finish purchase and get what I wanted from the beginning, the care and concern will never be forgotten... Just picked up my 2019 A220 from Guiseppe & Lou Romano. I live in NY & was able to do everything over the phone before picking it up. Beautiful dealership! Staff was super sweet & diligent.
