On Monday, July 25th, I returned to Ray Catena Mercedes Benz,an appointment was scheduled for 11:30am by 1pm the deal was done,I received confirmation that the bill of sale completed and need my review... Romano(CPO Sales Manager) I did meet briefly Mr. Anthony Marino (General Sales Manager) and Mr. Joseph Sangimino (Sales & Leasing Representative) all three showed me care ,compassion, I felt seen and heard by all ... I thank you individually and collectively... Mr. Sangimino walked me through the bill of sale,My husband Jeffrey and I witnessed an excellent presentation of advanced technology to complete documents,all signed in a timely manner,Superior Customer service by the employees who assisted Joe they were excited for me and super friendly too.
