Worst Subaru has the worst customer service and so does this dealership. I had an engine issue with my 2014 STI that only have 7600 miles on it. The Vehic Subaru has the worst customer service and so does this dealership. I had an engine issue with my 2014 STI that only have 7600 miles on it. The Vehicle spun a rod bearing and instead of fixing it under warranty they would do it under a one time good will. They tried to blam me saying I miss shifted or over revved the engine both they had no proof to show I did that. This was a car that I only drive on nice days and take great car of. The worst part was the GM was extremely rude and disrespect full when I tried to explain there was no way this could have happen it was a vehicle defect. But this will be the last Subaru I will own and the last time I will go to this dealer. More

Let me begin by saying that I'm not the type of person that usually writes reviews - so it takes an exceptional experience for me to even take the tim Let me begin by saying that I'm not the type of person that usually writes reviews - so it takes an exceptional experience for me to even take the time to do this. Such was the case at Subaru of Kennesaw when I drove off in my brand new WRX sold to me by Joseph Ball. THE CAR: If you are in the market for a fun sporty sedan in this price range you owe it to yourself to get behind the wheel of a Subaru WRX. One drive and you'll be a fan. This car and this brand were not even on my radar when I began researching cars several months ago. I was determined to get my dream Audi or BMW - looking at Volkswagen (GTI - long time happy VW owner), and pretty much all other brands on the market. I was willing to get a pre-owned car (several trips to CarMax.) All total I probably went to 20+ dealers, spent 2 days at the Atlanta Auto show, and drove at least 10+ cars. It's a confusing market out there - lots of choices, none of which 'felt' right - until I drove the WRX. After that I was done. It's fast, it's solid, it's safe, it's unique, and - most importantly - it just pushes (all) your buttons. First night I had it I went down to my garage 10 times just to stare at it. Not bad for a car I didn't even know I wanted! If you are in the market for something in this price / performance range check out the 2015 WRX Limited. THE DEALERSHIP: As I mentioned I visited a dozen+ dealers looking at cars - and once I found out I wanted a WRX I spoke with at least 10 more Subaru dealers throughout the SouthEast. You see, the only problem with this car is they aren't easy to find. If you're picky about colors and options get ready for an epic hunt. My experiences with various dealerships ranged from horrible (I'd never go back) to decent (could have purchased a car there) - but I do give Subaru of Kennesaw top marks all around. Everybody was always friendly and helpful - warm and inviting - with no pressure or 'salesy' attitude. They got the specific car I wanted, they gave me a good value for my trade-in with minimal fuss, the process was smooth with no bumps from the first time I walked in and was greeted at the front desk until I signed on the dotted line with the business manager. THE SALESMAN : JOSEPH BALL Oh yes, the real reason I'm writing this review. Imagine buying a car from a friend instead of a car salesman - that's the best way I can describe my experience working with Joseph. Dude was just cool from the first time we met until I drove off the lot. He never "sold" me the car - more like shared my journey of purchasing it.:) (Oh yeah, did I mention he drives one too? - isn't that what you want? Somebody that doesn't just talk it but walks it?) lol. OK - Enough rambling. As you can see I'm now a fan of the car, the brand and the dealership. I can absolutely recommend that you go to Subaru of Kennesaw, ask for Joseph Ball, and tell him his WRX brother sent you. More

By far the best car buying experience! I've bought plenty of cars new and used but dealing with Subaru of Kennesaw was not only a pleasant experience but also the best deal I could find! Ralph and his awesome sweaters negotiated a great deal for my new WRX and helped me save some major bucks on financing! I also worked with Louis who helped me out with the pricing of my trade in and gave me a deal which was exactly what I was looking for! I would definitely recommend this place to any and everyone! Outstanding Experience! First, the dealership: I had the pleasure of working with Ralph Kurland (sales), Carlos Torres (Finance), and Louis Kaissieh (GM) who are the consumma First, the dealership: I had the pleasure of working with Ralph Kurland (sales), Carlos Torres (Finance), and Louis Kaissieh (GM) who are the consummate professionals. They are polite, responsive, attentive, respectful, friendly, and above all, NOT pushy. They value honesty and integrity and did exactly what we agreed upon...no hidden fees, no last minute add-on's, and hassle-free, transparent negotiations. I purchased 2 x 2015 Foresters, and I plan to purchase another Forester for my youngest daughter in a few years, as well as the new Tribeca (when it comes out) for my wife. Second, the vehicles: I've been driving Subaru's for the past 20 years, and I can not say enough about their reliability/dependability, ruggedness, versatility, and practicality. These cars are little tanks when it comes to driving in poor wx conditions. My uncle, who lives in the mountains of Colorado, introduced me to the Subaru years ago when I was in college, and I've been driving them ever since ( 2 x Loyales, 1 x Impreza, 3 x Foresters). These cars are rock solid and give you complete confidence on the road. Third, the loyalty: If you're a Subaru owner, you know what I'm talking about; if not, you'll understand once you own one. My wife and I confidently put our oldest son and two daughters through their High School years in our '04 Forester, and we'll be doing the same with our youngest son starting next year. My oldest daughter just chose a 2015 Forester as her college graduation new car, and my youngest daughter informed us she will be doing the same upon her college graduation. We can't think of a safer, more practical vehicle for us, and especially, for our children. Final comments: Like most people, I'm extremely busy, so I rarely take the time to write surveys on products and/or services I've purchased. Nevertheless, this dealership went above and beyond to make this a total-value, hassle-free car buying experience, and I believe they deserve to be recognized. I received a great product at a very fair price, and with a 3-year Service Contract included....I price shopped for several months in multiple states (location was not a factor form me)...I could not find a better deal. Bottom Line: If you want a safe, reliable car that you can enjoy for a long time, and then re-sale or hand down to your kids later, then buy a Subaru; if you're going to buy a Subaru, then buy it from Subaru of Kennesaw...you will be a very satisfied consumer. More

After an exhausting search I finally found the car I was looking for at a dealership close to where I live in Chattanooga. I was disappointed in the salesperson and intuitively I knew this was not the dealership for me. I found an even better version of the car I wanted at Subaru of Kennesaw and gave them a call. I am so glad I did! I had the great fortune to speak to Micki. I just can not say enough good things about my entire experience. Micki, Mr. Kaissieh, and Subaru of Kennesaw far exceeded my expectations. Micki showed me the car I was interested in (a Subaru Crosstrek) and he was really great at answering questions and giving helpful information so that by the end I was confident that I was getting a great car from a great salesperson. Micki was not only able to answer all of my questions but went out of his way to walk me through each of the features of my new car. The team at Subaru Kennesaw were so helpful, KIND, courteous, and easy to work with. Definitely worth the drive from Chattanooga! They were patient with me throughout the entire process. They were great about making sure I had all of the information I needed, followed up as promised, and at the same time I never once felt pressured. I am not a first time car buyer so I know what a hassle it can sometimes be, but I must say, I had a wonderful experience and I LOVE MY NEW CAR! Thank you Subaru of Kennesaw! You're the best!
