He was very patient while we contemplated which Outback to buy. He explained all the features on the cars available to us and let me take multiple test drives to assure our satisfaction with the vehicle we ultimately chose. We have talked to other folks that have purchased Outbacks and feel we were treated fairly on price with a minimum of haggling. Since we couldn't drive the car home due to not having a 2nd driver Ralph took part of his day off the following day to pick up and drive the Outback to us and Subaru had a driver pick Ralph up at our home. Discussions with Louis Kaissieh about warranty choices were equally pleasant. We highly recommend Subaru of Kennesaw and these employees! More
