This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Klaben Ford, and I will not go anywhere else. Louis Polos quickly reached out to me via email since that was the easiest way to communicate on this particular day. I told him my situation and what I was looking to do. We chatted back and forth via email for most of the morning, and he sent me a picture of the 2020 Ford Edge that would soon be mine. I was shocked to be getting into something BRAND NEW!! Louis took care of all of the details throughout the day (answering all of my emails quickly!) so that my car would be ready for me when I went to the dealership later that evening. When I got there and did a quick test drive, I was in love with my Edge. I'm looking forward to having this car for many years. Klaben Ford, I will be back! The dealership is very nice and well maintained. The finance person that I worked with was exceptionally professional and quick. The parts department was equally professional as well. Louis was patient with me over the last few weeks sending me pictures and keeping me updated via text messages. The only hiccup we had was the truck had a couple damages to if and it wasn’t set up as advertised. The pictures showed gray interior and it has black and it called out a bed liner that wasn’t in the truck. All in all it was a good experience and I will promote Klaben. More
