This is my 6th vehicle that I leased from Klaben. Louis Polos helped me to spec out the vehicle that I wanted and then put an order in for me. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle throughout the process. Since I live in Pittsburgh, all communication was via email or text. When the new Bronco arrived, we spent about an hour at the dealership, 15 minutes working with Angela Mazzagatti in the finance department and 45 minutes going through features and settings with Louis. I can highly recommend working with Louis as he has great knowledge of his products. You will be pleasantly surprised if you buy or lease from Klaben and Louis Polos. More
