Excellent out of state buying experience I found Klaben Ford online while searching for a new truck. This was my first time buying a vehicle from an out of state dealer, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I worked with Louis and this turned out to be the best buying experience I have had. Louis worked with me through email, text and phone calls and made the buying process very easy and stress free. He was always quick to respond and provided answers to all of my questions. He clearly explained the process for an out of state sale and provided the final price up front and in a clear manner. When we arrived to pick up the truck, Louis had everything ready and showed us all of the vehicle features. He made sure all of our questions were answered before we left the dealership. Denise was also very nice and a pleasure to work with. She clearly explained all the paperwork to finalize the sale. Overall this was a great buying experience and I would highly recommend Klaben Ford. More
