Had to wait for a long time to get an oil change even with appointment. Many customers without mask. One guy came and sat next to me without mask. So I had to get up and leave. I would leave ZERO stars if I could. EVERY service visit has been a nightmare. EVERY oil change leads to quotes for thousands of dollars of unneeded "repairs." Coupons for oil changes not honored (this is has been a nightmare. EVERY oil change leads to quotes for thousands of dollars of unneeded "repairs." Coupons for oil changes not honored (this is illegal, btw). Told by Service Manager Derek Thomas that Service Dept. is commission-based "I get paid on what I charge you." Was recently given a quote for over $4,500 for multiple items including radiator hose replacement (needed) along with many things that were either not needed or didn't exist. Told starter motor wasn't working (drove car to dealer, so that's a lie) then told it had a flat spot (not a real thing). The list goes on and on. I would not recommend these people or any car dealer run by The Morgan Group. Dishonest!! The fix with the starter motor was the brake light fuse! That worked perfectly BEFORE the oil change and was loosened by their service department. ANY service person who hears "I put the key in the ignition and the brake lights won't go out" automatically knows that this is a fuse issue. Figured that out while waiting for tow truck to take car home. Dishonest. Do Not Recommend. More
