This was the first time going to BMW of Darien. I purchased my car in Bridgeport and typically would go there, but decided to try Darien and they were amazing! From beginning getting the appointmen I purchased my car in Bridgeport and typically would go there, but decided to try Darien and they were amazing! From beginning getting the appointment, to them picking up the car doing the service keeping me abreast to everything that was going on and returning the car. Everything went well. My complaint is concerning tires that need to be replaced at 28,000 miles, frozen right tie rod, and brake fluid warning light at approximately 22,00 My complaint is concerning tires that need to be replaced at 28,000 miles, frozen right tie rod, and brake fluid warning light at approximately 22,000 miles. The final complaint is setting the oil change criteria at 11,000 miles. I missed the last oil change for the 3 year 36,000 miles window by a couple of days. I believe there is a culture of upselling maintenance. More
