Excellent service on purchasing a vehicle from their used inventory. We ran into a hiccup with the Registry (not the dealers fault) but with the hard work of everyone at the Dealership we were able to resolv inventory. I brought in my Mercedes C-300 for its annual service (Service A) and inspection and received prompt and efficient service. Luis Aguasvivas, was courteous, knowledgable and accommodating. He explained the service for the car and when I picked it up, he went over everything that was included in the car's service and pointed out a couple of items that will need to be attended to in the near future. The best thing about this dealership is how easy it is to make an appointment online and loaners are plentiful. The check in process was easy and fast without fuss. I used to go to Burlington when Bernie Moreno was running the show. Unfortunately that dealership has gone down in service quality. Mercedes Natick may not have the poshest dealership or "coffee bar" but when servicing a car, efficiency and communication are the most important factors in the customer's experience where MB Natick has it down to the tee. More
