We love the car the process was great but after the purchase lots of problems. We were waiting on our insurance check to clear for the down payment. They told us they would hold it until the date it w purchase lots of problems. We were waiting on our insurance check to clear for the down payment. They told us they would hold it until the date it was to clear but deposited it any ways causing us a 4500 overdraft. Then charged us a 69 dollar fee to redeposit it. When we first brought it home there were several things not reconnected in the engine so my husband fixed that. Then he realized it had a broken motor mount which they did end up fixing. Also there is another key fob but they didn't have time to look for it and it's been 2 weeks and we still don't have it. I just feel they will do and say anything for the sale but do not follow up with the promises after they have your signature. More

Your salesman need to learn to listen to the customers wishes. I told him I already had financing thru GTE Credit Union. He made a couple of man-planning comments about buying a car, and I had to remind wishes. I told him I already had financing thru GTE Credit Union. He made a couple of man-planning comments about buying a car, and I had to remind him that this was not the first time I purchased a car and I knew what I was doing. He kept sending the wrong paperwork to the credit union prolonging completion of the deal. I was at the dealership four hours unnecessarily. Then your finance guy was texting me about not receiving the draft from the credit union. He should have been calling GTE, I found the car on Truecar.com.gte, I would think your finance person had a business contact with them to call instead of me. So no, this was not a good experience.Ya'll need to do better. I do love the car though. More

We only found out as we were looking and were told the facility just closed. 2) Our car wasn’t washed be fore giving to us, 3) we still have not received out tire kit so if we get a flat tire we have to call towing. Get to the customer immediately! 4) it took way too long to wait to process the paperwork. Small touches matter!!! So not a super bad experience but not one I could recommend to others. More
