Tom was incredibly patient and helpful in explaining some of the features of our new Rav4 multimedia system. Dmitriy Kondratyev and the Findlay staff made my purchase very easy. To be honest, I dread the typical new car sales experience, but Downtown Toyota went out of their way to make it a pleasant experience. M very easy. To be honest, I dread the typical new car sales experience, but Downtown Toyota went out of their way to make it a pleasant experience. More importantly, they honored my early deposit on a GR Corolla that was very much in demand and sold it at MSRP, without add-ons, unlike many dealers nationwide that were loading up the car at high dealer markups. Dmitriy is an car enthusiast, and was well informed on the car, and kept me informed on the cars progress through today's challenged logistics. He also spent extra time with Service to ensure the car was set up properly. Trent was prompt and professional with the sales paperwork, and got me out the door and into my new car quickly. And extra thanks to Tom Campos and Dmitriy for spending extra time setting up my car's apps with my old phone! More
