Please get with Lynn in your customer satisfaction rep. I told her the whole story. Your process at the store, starting from the amount of different BDC people that I dealt with and 2 different salesman I de told her the whole story. Your management teams needs to do a much better job training your newer sales staff on product knowledge, as well as not address customers as “boss.” All salesman should not be answering other calls while with a customer, especially on a test drive. The salesman and manager Luis tried to bump me, when I arrived at the dealership, stating the MSRP was $1,000 higher than the other vehicle they had quoted me numbers on. Then why I asked to see the MSRP sticker for the car I was going to lease, it was $600 less than what they said the MSRP was. Therefore, I requested the salesperson to speak to the manager to bring down the monthly payment for the lease by $13 to $15. He checked with the manager Luis Llerens, and the manager said that if I don’t pay the higher payment, he will return my deposit I had left in the vehicle the previous night, and I can walk. I asked to speak to the manager, and he hid like a little baby in the office and never came out to speak with me. I had sent a copy of my drivers license and even got the progressive insurance that I had arranged on the vehicle I was taking delivery on to the sales person. The car was washed and ready when I arrived at the store at 6:30 p.m. It should not have taken more than an hour and a half to take delivery of that vehicle. I told the salesman that I had dinner plans at 9 PM with my fiancé, and that I would need to make sure I could come in and leave within a reasonable time. He said no problem, so I drove an hour and 15 minutes away from where I live in the Wellington area to take delivery. My fiancé and I came down to take delivery of the vehicle, and when we were done with our test drive, that is when the sales person said he wanted to let me know that he quoted the MSRP wrong on the vehicle. So then the games begin. I am the Regional Account Manager for over 70 dealerships in the state of Florida, and I manage all of their processes, finance departments, and more. I have never had such a terrible experience taking delivery of a car in my whole life. I have owned a Lexus previously, and I will tell you that the experience I had at your dealership was the absolute worst! Everybody at your dealership knew I was in the business, so you would think I would not get jerked around from start to finish. If your dealership sells between 800 to 1000 vehicles per month, just imagine how many more you would sell if you a customer centric process in place, more knowledgeable sale people, and much better management in place. the only good. That happened that night was dealing with Gemma in finance. She was very empathetic to what my experience had been up until meeting with her in the finance Dept. I do hope this message gets to your GM Vlad, because I am sure he loves to hear about great reviews, but also wants to know what is happening at his store as well. Brian Gill More
