Michael, thank you for taking the time to write your review, my team and I are truly sorry we were unable to assist with the additional fee Acura Financial Services is charging you 4 months after you leased a vehicle from us. Unfortunately, we made no commitment to cover further charges and fees other than your two remaining payments that you informed us about. Despite our dealership's commitment to accommodate customer needs and requests as much as possible, we were not able to provide a solution since your deal was finalized and we have paid in full the amount we promised (for the two payments remaining). We take pride in our customer service and have always put the interest of our customers ahead of our own when possible. We empathize with your situation and hope that you understand since it was 4 months after your contract was signed we can not make changes. As a returning Lexus client, I guarantee you that Lexus Financial Services will not charge you a disposition fee. If we can assist you with any other matters, please contact me directly. The reason I contacted you 4 months after our agreement was signed is because I didn't receive a bill from Acura until then. I was operating under the impression Lexus took care of that disposition fee. Why? Because that's what we were led to believe back in February. In addition, I was told twice on the phone that Lexus typically pays the disposition fee if the customer asks during negotiations. But if a customer doesn't ask the sales team conveniently forgets to mention this. Either it is or it isn't your policy. Which is it?? If it isn't, my salesman lied to me. If it is, Lexus should do the right thing and mail me a check to cover that. I won't be waiting at the mailbox.
