Nobody does it better. When we arrived on the lot, we were greeted by Charles Bradshaw who took us over to look at the Rav4 vehicles. He was both informative and so nice. When he was called away, Luis Martinez came over. He showed us the different types of Rav4. He knows everything inside and out and we were impressed how he didn't push a particular more expensive vehicle but instead concentrated on the vehicle we were drawn to. Polite, personable, interesting and interested are the words describing Luis. It was a pleasure doing business with him.
