He was so helpfull and went above to help us get in to a save and reliable car.. we went in thinking all we could get was a used car with a lot of miles but we ended up with an 2022 chevy Trax with only 6 m save and reliable car.. we went in thinking all we could get was a used car with a lot of miles but we ended up with an 2022 chevy Trax with only 6 miles so happy.. will definitely be back to see Louis More

My experience working with Luis Ortiz was excellent. Very inviting and very knowledgeable. I was well informed throughout the buying process, and he explained the various financing options well. Luis Ortiz was great! This was the fastest car purchase I have ever made. He made sure everything was in place and it was such a smooth transaction.
