PERFECT! Every Time. Everyone with interact with there is a customer service role model. Knowledgeable and committed. This time we were there for a quick tune Every Time. If i could give them a 0 Star i would but its not possible so 1 star is all they get After the bad experience of being deceived and lied about the Mazda CX9 2023 i was upgrading to from my CX5 2020 t possible so 1 star is all they get After the bad experience of being deceived and lied about the Mazda CX9 2023 i was upgrading to from my CX5 2020 the head manager from sales took responsibility for the 3rd month free i was offered and never gave to me and we moved on from there 8 months after i find myself with a "brand new car 2023" that is shaking badly very randomly on very rare occasions multiple times reached out to Mazda gave them the car and they said they would look into it "their best men" couldnt find a thing about the shaking nor the door issue of not closing when i step off from it claiming that i was using both keys at the same time which im not DUMB enough to hold onto two keys at the same time i mean who do that right? I had no other choice but to take the car cuz since they "couldnt find a thing on it" theres nothing they can do or so they said now i find myself with a "brand new car 2023" that has issues not fixed for the 3rd time that i take it to them and here is a statement of me Michel Sammak if i happen to have an accident and end up dead, injured, unable to act or kill someone innocent in the process THIS STATEMENT is proof that i warned them of the situation with my car and they could care less to help me switch the car ALSO the only offer i recieved was PAY a downpayment of 6000$ so they can help me switch into a CX5 2024 which is absurd I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS MAZDA SPORT DEALER they will lie to you not only about your options of payment but about what you can or cannot get from the dealer tricky offer shady management and lots of lie if you wanna be decieved and end up like me in a tied situation where the car with only 8 months is slowly falling apart then choose them to sell you a car (also the biggest scammer of sales is called "Juan R Cruz "dont trust that person hes a deciever) More

This is my 2nd car with sport Mazda South. Kash was top notch! He took the time to walk me through every question I had. As this was my first time leasing, I had many many questions. Kash was Kash was top notch! He took the time to walk me through every question I had. As this was my first time leasing, I had many many questions. Kash was patient, understanding, and really set my mind at ease. He even waited while i attempted to reach my wife to discuss the purchase with her without any pressure to rush. I can't speak highly enough about him. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, and helpful. I cannot think of a reason to shop anywhere else if a Mazda is what you're looking for! More
