Hello my name is Luis, I'd like to tell you a little history of myself. I was born and raised in the city of Waukegan Illinois. I started working at the age of 15 with my father, who owned a landscaping company. At the age of 18 i started working for an aftermarket parts store, in which i worked for 17 years. I was able to start off as parts driver and moved myself to managing the parts store for the last 14 years I was there. I was trained and driven in customer service since I was in an affluent north shore area. I then started working at a dealership as a parts counter man. It wasn't my calling to just take orders and price items out. I had the need to help the customer. I asked for the chance to be an adviser in October of 2013. I moved to Ray Chevrolet in August of 2015. I can truly say that I have not worked any where, that is more driven in customer service as Ray Chevrolet is. I would love to have the opportunity to help you in your service needs. Thank you.

Service is good, but the wait time for the service is extremely long. Two and a half hours for an oil change and two days later two hours for a new battery.And I had made appointments for both times! The first appointment I was given a report that all 4 tires needed to be replaced, and 2 days later I was given a report that all 4 tires were good. That doesn't make any sense. Which is it? I didn't need a complete report on everything again the second time just 2, days later. Replacing a battery should have taken about 15 minutes, not 2 hours!. More

Car is back in service for the second time in a week due to engine light on. This car is 2 months old so a little frustrating that it's back in for service. Hopefully it will be good to go for awhile afte to engine light on. This car is 2 months old so a little frustrating that it's back in for service.
