Hello my name is Luis, I'd like to tell you a little history of myself. I was born and raised in the city of Waukegan Illinois. I started working at the age of 15 with my father, who owned a landscaping company. At the age of 18 i started working for an aftermarket parts store, in which i worked for 17 years. I was able to start off as parts driver and moved myself to managing the parts store for the last 14 years I was there. I was trained and driven in customer service since I was in an affluent north shore area. I then started working at a dealership as a parts counter man. It wasn't my calling to just take orders and price items out. I had the need to help the customer. I asked for the chance to be an adviser in October of 2013. I moved to Ray Chevrolet in August of 2015. I can truly say that I have not worked any where, that is more driven in customer service as Ray Chevrolet is. I would love to have the opportunity to help you in your service needs. Thank you.

Great Customer Service! I have been servicing my vehicle with Louie Rivera at Ray Chevrolet for a few years and he has always been extremely helpful and honest. When it was time for a new car, I knew I wanted to go to Ray for their amazing customer service. Austin Pequeno and Ryan Borke were great to work with. I found a Sonic RS on their website that I fell in love with and they worked with me to make sure I could drive away in the car of my dreams, same day! When we first sat down to talk about what I was interested in, Austin was extremely helpful and had the vehicle pulled up right away so I could check it out. Austin did a great job at explaining everything to me and was very knowledgeable. I will never shop or service at another dealer ever again! THANK YOU RAY CHEVROLET! More
