Hello my name is Luis, I'd like to tell you a little history of myself. I was born and raised in the city of Waukegan Illinois. I started working at the age of 15 with my father, who owned a landscaping company. At the age of 18 i started working for an aftermarket parts store, in which i worked for 17 years. I was able to start off as parts driver and moved myself to managing the parts store for the last 14 years I was there. I was trained and driven in customer service since I was in an affluent north shore area. I then started working at a dealership as a parts counter man. It wasn't my calling to just take orders and price items out. I had the need to help the customer. I asked for the chance to be an adviser in October of 2013. I moved to Ray Chevrolet in August of 2015. I can truly say that I have not worked any where, that is more driven in customer service as Ray Chevrolet is. A great car shopping experience Last week I was decided to finally pull the trigger and get a new pick up. After going through several bad experiences at other dealerships I found th Last week I was decided to finally pull the trigger and get a new pick up. After going through several bad experiences at other dealerships I found the shopping experience with ray Chevrolet a walk in the park. I sat down with Hugo Ayala on Friday night for 10 minutes to express my wants and needs and when I showed up on Saturday morning with my wife he had a truck ready to go for me to test drive. The experience with Hugo Ayala was great he was straight forward with how the process was and got me a good value on my new truck and a good price for my trade in. After purchasing the truck Hugo made sure to introduce me to the the people in the service department so as I would know who would be maintaining my vehicle for the first few oil changes and who I could get deals on extras for my truck. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle to go see Hugo Ayala at Ray Chevrolet and he will get you in the car or truck your looking for with no hassle and in a quick timeline. More

Kyle is the man! Kyle takes care of me every time I go into this dealership, makes sure my car is ready to go at the best price he can give.
