Luis was great he did everything he can to answer my questions. He listens and understands what I want even he stayed late at the dealership to finish my sale’s and comeback in the morning to deliver th questions. My Salesman Luis Torres was a joy to work with. My new Sportage SX Prestige was perfect when we arrived- I was presented with a dozen roses and a big red bow on my car (TELL ME WHO DOES THIS) the paperwork only took about 1.5 hours, and we were on the road- The customer service from Luis and The Royal Kia is second to none! I’m from the East Valley in AZ all the dealers were charging between 3K- 5K market adjustment on their cars- NOT ROYAL KIA- they were NOT price gouging like the others taking advantage of low inventory and passing that cost on to the customer. Royal Kia is a dealership you can TRUST!! Thank you again Luis- you are a true gentleman. BRAVO Royal Kia for getting it RIGHT!! Beth L More

Luis and his manager Jesus have given us a completely unexpected used car buying experience. There was no haggling, no mind games or attrition of negotiation. I had it inspected by a third party (which Luis facilated the transport of the vehicle while I was working) and short of some minor items, it was completely as advertised. I will utilize these folks again in the future and intend to pass their names on to anyone in the market. P.s. they pampered my wife with beverages. Entertaining conversation, and even a VERY high end bouquet of roses. Don't go anywhere else in tucson for a vehicle. Find a way to work with these guys. Thank you from my family. More

They listened, took notes on what I specifically wanted and they did whatever they could to make sure I was content with the process. I came out completely satisfied with the vehicle I did end up buying in the end. I stuck with Royal, rather than buying from another dealership just because of the way they presented themselves and worked. They are the real deal. More
