I purchased a Mazda CX-9 new from HB Mazda and opted to buy an extended warranty. Less than 20,000 remaining on the warranty and the head cracked. Due to Covid, the parts were going to take months to arri buy an extended warranty. Less than 20,000 remaining on the warranty and the head cracked. When the warranty company refused to pay the difference and replace the engine, HB Mazda saved the day!! The service manager explained that this dealership stands behind its products and prides itself on customer satisfaction! They replaced the engine at no additional cost. Shop HB MAZDA. Buy and extended warranty. Best car we ever owned!!! Please tell your friends and family this is a place you can trust!!! More

Great dealership experience would put the customer service and experience on par with mercedes. My sales rep Tyson and finance guy Kilau were beyond awesome. Mr Greenwald who went over the car before service and experience on par with mercedes. My sales rep Tyson and finance guy Kilau were beyond awesome. Mr Greenwald who went over the car before we left knew his product which is a rarity. We had an issue with the car which Luis the general manager went over and beyond to get the problem solved.
