Best Car Shopping Experience I Have Ever Had I have poor credit and was turned down before by many dealerships. Dan chatted with me on the website and said that he could try to get me approved fo I have poor credit and was turned down before by many dealerships. Dan chatted with me on the website and said that he could try to get me approved for a car with out me having to drive the half hour distance. He sent me text messages and had me take a picture of my pay stub. That was extremely convenient because I didn't get bothered by a phone call at work and didn't have to risk driving there just for them to tell me they couldn't approve me. At the end of the day, I got a text from him saying that they had got me approved. I was shocked but still a little skeptical since other dealers have said that to me in the past. When I came in a couple days later, I was properly greeted at the front desk and was assisted by Luke. He was very humble and, being a younger lady, he did not make me feel intimidated in any way. In fact, I was at ease throughout the whole process. When all was finalized, I was put in a newer car with an exceptional rate and a monthly payment that I could not refuse. I don't know how they did it, but I can't thank them enough. When it was time to sign my papers I met with Shaune and it was a speedy end to my fantastic day. I will never buy a car from any other place. I told all my friends and family. More

Luke is Awesome! We were looking for a used car for our teenagers and found one at Colonial Chevrolet in Acton. I was bracing myself for a difficult process but with the help of a fabulous sales person, Luke Ealey - it was painless and actually enjoyable. The process was very smooth, he was very educated on the used car we were looking at and you could tell he really enjoyed his job and the company. The business took care of all my requests and I felt like I got a fair deal. But really....it's so much about the people and the relationship and the bond that is built in the first few minutes of the meeting and Luke was able to successfully do that. More

Wonderful car buying experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in we felt like we were dealing with friends or family rather than a business. There was no sales pressure or awkwardness in the negotiation phase. Tania took the time to learn about us and why we were looking for a specific vehicle. She did not try to oversell us a vehicle or push us to something we weren't looking for. We never felt like our time was being wasted. Shaune, the business manager, made all the paperwork easy to understand. Again, there was no overselling of extended warranties. He helped us choose what would be beneficial to us based on questions about our past vehicles. Almost every other dealer we have ever been to, has always pushed the most expensive plans and warranties even if they weren't necessary. Luke was also very friendly and highly knowledgeable about every aspect of the Tahoe we selected. He answered any questions we had at time of delivery of our Tahoe and we even learned some pretty interesting things we didn't know. We have never been repeat business for any particular dealership. We go where there is the best deal. I can honestly say we will certainly come back to Colonial Chevy in Acton for another vehicle or for service. Making what could have been a difficult process easy I had been wanting to purchase a Camaro convertible for some time, but I was very particular about what I wanted. For me it made the most sense to order the vehicle. Luke Ealey was able to walk me through the process and even went as far as to entertain my young son as me and my wife test drove the car. Figuring out the price for exactly what I was looking for was an easy, no-pressure process and I think Luke was as excited to custom order the car as I was. Shaune was able to figure out financing and the payments with me over the phone and when my car arrived all the paper work was ready to be signed so I could sign and go. It was a very smooth process and I would recommend Lukeand Colonial Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new Chevy. More

I had been searching online for several months trying to find the Tahoe model I wanted with low miles and a reasonable price. After finding the LTZ I was looking for on Autotrader I immediately starting ema find the Tahoe model I wanted with low miles and a reasonable price. After finding the LTZ I was looking for on Autotrader I immediately starting emailing with Tania, she was a great help. I finally called the dealership and spoke with Luke, who again was fabulous. I made the 45 minute drive out to the dealership where I met Joe Pellegrini. He immediately made me feel comfortable about the whole process, answered all questions I had and showed me every option my new vehicle had. He helped me get the best price for my trade-in, thanks Joe! A couple of hours later I was sitting with the very personable Shaune Conway and all the paperwork was printed and signed. I drove to the dealership in my older model Avalanche and hours later drove off the lot with my new Tahoe. Amazing service from start to finish. Thank you everyone!! More
