Derek I apologize you did not has a great experience, we do strive to make every customer experience a positive one. I did speak with Mike and Luke to see what issues you were having. They did explain that you had an issue with the DMV with your identity and that was problematic for us to get the vehicle registered for you until resolved. Mike also explained the bank financing required verifications that were required in order to obtain the loan, which he told me he helped you with. Please give me a call at your earliest convivence so I may try to resolve any issue you may have Best John Woodland General manager

I didn’t need to verify my identity. I simply needed to set up a RMV account which had that been explained would have made a lot more sense. I called the RMV and sat on hold for over a hour to ask how I verify my identity only to be told that was one something they didn’t understand what I was asking and two that if I was buying a car from a dealership that they should be handling. As far as the financing was concerned multiple calls were placed asking what was needed then once that was provided something else was needed it was one thing after another.
