I ORDERED MY TRUCK A FEW MONTHS BACK AND LUKE KEPT ME IN THE LOOP THE HOLE TIME COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE EXCITED WHEN I GOT HIS CALL THAT THE TRUCK WAS ON THE LOT, HE ALSO TOOK CARE OF THE WHOLE UPFIT PROCES THE LOOP THE HOLE TIME COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE EXCITED WHEN I GOT HIS CALL THAT THE TRUCK WAS ON THE LOT, HE ALSO TOOK CARE OF THE WHOLE UPFIT PROCESS WITH THE PLOW. I Usually love the service but this time I waited almost 2 hrs for an oil change and inspection sticker. I was waiting at the dealership for the vehicle with my 10 month old baby, after over an hr and a hal 2 hrs for an oil change and inspection sticker. I was waiting at the dealership for the vehicle with my 10 month old baby, after over an hr and a half I had to walk up and ask how much longer it was going to be. I was told they just had to put the oil in and it would be all done. I just don’t understand what took so long this time, with no update from service. More
