I Usually love the service but this time I waited almost 2 hrs for an oil change and inspection sticker. I was waiting at the dealership for the vehicle with my 10 month old baby, after over an hr and a hal 2 hrs for an oil change and inspection sticker. I was waiting at the dealership for the vehicle with my 10 month old baby, after over an hr and a half I had to walk up and ask how much longer it was going to be. I was told they just had to put the oil in and it would be all done. I just don’t understand what took so long this time, with no update from service. More

I have been servicing my car with Colonial Chevrolet for the past 2 years and could not be happier! My salesman always greets me warmly and asks about my family. I choose to wait in the comfortable waitin the past 2 years and could not be happier! My salesman always greets me warmly and asks about my family. I choose to wait in the comfortable waiting area with coffee and tea and it usually is pretty prompt service. The maintenance supervisor is always very friendly and knowledgeable. My car looks and drives like new—thanks in no small part to Colonial Chevrolet! More

Awesome experience all around. When my wife and I walked in, we were greeted by Luke. We knew what we were looking for (new 2022 Chevy Colorado). Luke did an awesome job explaining everything to us, and was extremely transparent and honest about everything. They gave us $3k more for our trade than we got quoted from another dealership. Financing process was seamless, we told them what our budget was, and they stuck to it exactly how we needed it to be. Would highly recommend visiting Colonial Chevrolet in Acton & working with Luke! He treats you politely and with respect! More

Both Brendan and Bobby (parts/service) were great in regards to customer service and taking care of everything. I’m not sure who the tech was who worked on the Impala (and Avalanche??) but he was very g regards to customer service and taking care of everything.
