Amazing First Car Buying Experience I was really nervous about going to a dealership by myself, I've always had my parents with me to buy a car before, they've helped me manage expectati I was really nervous about going to a dealership by myself, I've always had my parents with me to buy a car before, they've helped me manage expectations, kept the pressure down, and helped me with finances. Now that I'm 24, I figured I could handle the adult task of buying a car on my own. I did a lot of research and found a 2017 Ford Escape I was interested in at Colonial Chevrolet. I've never felt more comfortable and secure in being able to make a decision on my own than when I went to their dealership. Luke Ealey welcomed me and took me out to see the car and then for a test drive. He was very nice and personable, he answered all of my questions and walked me through the different functions of the vehicle. I absolutely loved the car, but I originally had plans to see another vehicle the next morning. I appreciated that Luke never made me feel pressured into making a decision about the car that day. I also appreciated that he was working really hard with me to make sure I got the best deal possible and that I got everything I was asking for. I loved the car so much and I felt confident enough with the team to get the car that day. I'm incredibly grateful to Luke and Michael (the finance manager) for making this such a nice and easy buying experience for me. I would definitely recommend Colonial Chevrolet to anyone interested in buying a car, the staff is friendly and helpful and they work so hard at trying to give you exactly what you want! More

Stress free relaxed atmosphere. Luke was great to work with showed us and test drove 4 to 5 trucks. Not pushy very friendly . Seemed like a solid kid. I've always thought the worst part of buying a car is sitting down to discuss financing. Even that was a pleasant experience with Business Manager Mike Giguere. When we went into his office he already had everything prepared to give us the best deal possible. Both Luke and Mike are great at their jobs and made our car buying experience a good one.
