Anna Hawkins was extremely helpful! Apparently the other males in the service center couldn't be of service as they waited till she was available and passed me off to her. The other person with me stated how smart it is of Luther Family Ford to have Anna in the position she is in as she delivers awesome customer service. Your service department would be severely lacking without her. All the males were very stand off-ish, it was an issue for them to help temporarily (hook up code reader) until Anna was available (she was busy with customer on the phone, running to find tech people, etc). I have nothing but the best to say of Anna Hawkins. You might want to have her teach the others what customer service looks like! Thank you Anna!!! You were a Godsend when I was stranded in Fargo!
