We wanted a new suv and made the request online, the next day I had an email from Antoine with a video of him showing us the truck...since we are 2 hours away from the dealer he did alot of the leg work befo day I had an email from Antoine with a video of him showing us the truck...since we are 2 hours away from the dealer he did alot of the leg work before we got there. There were a few hiccups when we arrived but everyone was so nice and they took care of the problem. 2nd time leasing with Gerosky. He could literally be one of the top 2-3 consultative salespeople in America today, all industries. There is no sales pitch here. No pressure. Gerosky just finds out what y of the top 2-3 consultative salespeople in America today, all industries. There is no sales pitch here. No pressure. Gerosky just finds out what you are looking for, what is important to you, and shows how they can help. You end up just wanting to buy from him bc he is so genuine and good. I was a consultative sales trainer, customer service trainer and manager. Gerosky could charge money to teach consultative sales and customer service. He's that good. Luxon was fast and pleasant getting me through the paperwork process. I feel like the dealership is super fair in working with you on price. Once you purchase, the service dept is great. If you are undecided on what vehicle you want, I recommend going here, asking for Gerosky, and just picking something they offer. Not only will you avoid the crappy experience of buying a car that happens everywhere else, (including luxury brands), you will get a better experience than anything else you may buy. 180 degrees different than the next best buying experience. I am not a personal friend, just a customer who has been taken care of by Gerosky twice now and can't say enough good about him. More
