Purchased a brand-new Ford Maverick will full payment and no loan. Unforutantely, shortly after closing I had read through more of the paperwork to find out that I had gotten charged for a dealer bedliner th no loan. Unforutantely, shortly after closing I had read through more of the paperwork to find out that I had gotten charged for a dealer bedliner that was already installed from the Ford Factory. Furthermore, I was charged for window tints as well that I had to go back to schedule as I was not informed of this prior or during the sale process as well. The "dealer accessory" breakdown was not shown to be in detail during closing but rather a generic line item that encompassed various dealer required add-ons (wheel locks, tailgate lock, door security, bed liner, window tints) Once I brought up both of these issues I will admit that the Randal Reeds Ford team did a good job on making me "whole" again. Lyndi coordinated getting a $600+ refund check back to me for the amount of bed liner that I was incorrectly charged. I also was able to get setup with the installation of window tints that Kevin Mckinnon coordinated getting this done quickly. I was treated with respect every time I came in but unfortunately, I can't provide an "excellent" start rating due to the fact I had to personally find out and research almost $1000 worth of expenses (bed liner and tint) that I was incorrectly charged for. I will give credit to the dealership team to at least getting me back what was owed and making me whole again. However, it took work on my part to make sure this happened. I am not sure if this is a regular occurrence as I only found this out after calling Ford directly who explained that my trim Ford Maverick automatically came from the factory with the bedliner. More

Ha! You don’t wanna hear what I have to say. - I’m surprised I got another survey. Never heard back from Tim - the service guy. He told me he would have a car ready for me on Tuesday but wasted my time that day. Went home and waited to hear back from him Thursday or Friday and not even a voicemail or a loaner. Apparently, the Ford tech figured out how to fix my overheating vehicle that is unsafe to drive bc it dies on the side of the road if I go over 65 mph. You think that someone would take responsibility for selling a vehicle that is unsafe to drive but oh well nobody cares. Anywho. - Tim never called me to get me a loaner. For someone that has figured out how to fix the problem she as xxxx likes to take their sweet xxx time. Hopefully, some changes start but I’ve been waiting since 2020 and I still get treated like nobody cares about my vehicle or my well-being. - Martin had no words to say after I texted him. - 2023 FORD ESCAPE OVERHEATING. CANT GO OVER 65 MPH - and if I do the car goes into limp mode. Try to tell me that isn’t safe when you are stuck on a bridge that only has one lane. No big deal right? Not your life. - I will never buy a Ford again. Fool me twice shame on me. - but I guess I was hoping for a different outcome this time around. But nope. The 2020 Ford Escape was lemon and now a 2023 Ford Escape is unsafe to drive. Also, Tim is not a very good service guy. - he doesn’t care about me.
