Terrific experience! Mike Gao was terrific and made our experience easy and painless. On Sunday at 4:30, Mike jumped in to help us us with the return of our leased vehicle Mike Gao was terrific and made our experience easy and painless. On Sunday at 4:30, Mike jumped in to help us us with the return of our leased vehicles even though we had leased from another dealership. We leased a new vehicle which was the easiest new car experience I have ever had! Thank you , Mike! More

Terrific from the 1st email ... My lease was up on my Subaru and I wasn't sure what car to get. I contacted Bayside VW and .... Sally Morello - thank you for scheduling a test drive for me within minutes of you receiving my email. Mike Gao - I appreciate your straight forward selling approach - it is so refreshing not to go around and around and waste time. I dread getting a new car but you made it so easy and fun. You went above and beyond - your patience, recommendation to seek out new insurance and letting me use your phone to make it happen. THANK YOU!
