Elijah Mahogany was a pleasure to work with. He listened to what I wanted, readily accepted when I declined an offer, didn't try to upsell me and didn't try to play number games. He also had solutions for logistics problems, such as how to transmit my down payment. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with in finance used cliche salesman tactics to promote the extended warranty. He tried to play on my emotions and hide the total cost with distortions such as $2/day to conceal that it was a $2500+ add-on to the deal I'd already negotiated. It definitely dampened my otherwise good outlook on the purchase experience. More

I felt like I was being taken advantage on my return visit. I was asked to verify that the $$ wire was sent and the DL of my father who set that up for me.
