Hello I am Malainne. I have worked for Herb Chambers since 1994. I started in the auto detailing department part time. In 1995 I was transferred to Cashier | Receptionist. The following year I was promoted to handle accounts payable where I stayed for 15 years. Recently I accepted a position as Service Advisor which I love. I have purchased four cars at Herb Chambers dealership in Seekonk and all my cars have been serviced there. I have never been disappointed. The service personnel are extremely polite, friendly and helpful. I Seekonk and all my cars have been serviced there. I have never been disappointed. The service personnel are extremely polite, friendly and helpful. I would single out both Tim and Malainne in particular in this respect. I also really appreciate their effort to create a comfortable environment , creating lots of seating possibilities to read or work on one's computer etc. They also provide snacks as well. My sales person, Jim,always checks in with me each time I am there for my car's service appointment just to be sure my car us performing well and I am satisfied with the service. More
