Hello I am Malainne. I have worked for Herb Chambers since 1994. I started in the auto detailing department part time. In 1995 I was transferred to Cashier | Receptionist. The following year I was promoted to handle accounts payable where I stayed for 15 years. Recently I accepted a position as Service Advisor which I love. Service and Sales - Awesome! I wanted to take this opportunity to commend the Sales and Service Departments at Herb Chambers of Seekonk, Massachusetts. I recently had my vehicle I wanted to take this opportunity to commend the Sales and Service Departments at Herb Chambers of Seekonk, Massachusetts. I recently had my vehicle serviced [routine maintenance] and was afforded prompt, friendly, and efficient service. My 2013 Honda Civic is the third vehicle that I have leased from this dealership. Mike Rebola is an attentive and knowledgeable salesperson; always checking in to see if he can be of any help. The staff at the front service desk, especially Tim Islip and Malainne Costa (who helped me the last time I was in for service) are equally as pleasant and willing to assist their clients in any way. The car I wanted...the experience that delighted! I went in with my 2013 Honda Odyssey (my second) for service. I was working with Tim and Malainne. AWESOME customer service skills. I had a simple repair to make and they even brought me back to meet with Dennis (Awesome Honda Technician) and see the van on the lift. I had been wanting a 4x4 for many years...but with new babies I always stayed with mini vans for their ease of use. Since the babies are now kids, I figured I'd "kick the tires" of a Pilot (what I've really wanted) for the heck of it! First, I shot the breeze with the GM (Scott Birtles) and he was extremely low pressure and fun to talk with...it was clear that his primary interests are to provide a great customer experience and to build long lasting relationships. Then, I was checking out a 2013 Pilot and was fortunate enough to call upon Homero Lina to ask for a test drive. Homero was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely sincere. NO PRESSURE whatsoever. A complete joy to work with! Well, we know how this story ends up...I loved the Pilot and within a few hours I was the proud owner of a 2013 Honda Pilot from Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk! We have been looking for a new to me vehicle. We found more than I hoped for at a price I could afford with Herb Chambers. Our Sales person, Chris Luiz, could not have been more helpful. When he recognized we wanted to discuss our options he excused himself to give us privacy. He came in on his day off to be sure all of our paperwork and registration was ready for us and walked us over to Mellaine for an inspection sticker and check on a minor problem encountered between picking up the car and getting the sticker. They even washed the car after servicing. I would recommend Chris to anyone who wants a no pressure experience with a knowledgeable sales rep. More
