I promised my boys that if they earned their Eagle Scout Rank in Scouts by or before their 16th birthday, I would buy them a car. My youngest did, so I had to come through on my promise. Long story short, my son and I came halfway across the state to look at 2 cars, one was at Toyota Direct. Andrew Brownlow and my 16 yr old son had conversed for a week prior to meeting on Oct 17, 2020. Andrew was very busy, and it was nearing closing time on a Saturday, but still cordially took his time with my son and I on his first purchase. Andrew wasn't pushy, answered all of our questions, was patient with us in making this big purchase, and was very professional from start to finish. I can count all the great & honest Sales Associates I've ever dealt with on 4 fingers, ANDREW BROWNLOW IS ONE OF THOSE FOUR!! (And I've bought a lot of cars) My son Luke chose a 2011 Honda Accord as his first car (after he did a lot of his own research). Thank you Andrew for being the professional that I would expect you to be!! Can't remember the guy's name in finance, but he might have been the easiest and fastest finance guy I've EVER dealt with. EXCELLENCE at its FINEST Ive been working with Jacob trying to get me into a car for over TWO years now!! Now finally after the horrible experience I had with "KINGS TOYOTA" i Ive been working with Jacob trying to get me into a car for over TWO years now!! Now finally after the horrible experience I had with "KINGS TOYOTA" in Cincinnati OH, I was definitely thrown off by Toyota at first! However I knew with the information given to me and providing it to Jacob he would get it done!!! Even when I thought it couldn't be done, with a 619 credit score I was approved with Toyota Financial with a 2.9 interest rate on a 2018 Camry XSE!!! WOW!!! and with my negative equity included!!! Malek one of the managers there bent over backwards for me to get this deal done as well as John in finance worked it out as well! I am SOOOOOO overly gracious, and Blessed to have these individuals work with me to get me in a car I know would last for ever! So definitely THANK YOU, to Jacob, Malek, and Jon and can't forget TFS for giving me a chance and approving me with my loan!!! SO definitely recommend Toyota Direct Morse Rd Columbus OH, and make sure you work with those three!!!!! More

Matt Carroll is the best! 3 years ago my car finally gave up the ghost! I needed a new car (vs. a used one-too many headaches for a non traditional full time student) and had n 3 years ago my car finally gave up the ghost! I needed a new car (vs. a used one-too many headaches for a non traditional full time student) and had no way of getting to the dealer to look at vehicles. Matt came and picked me up in sporty Camry- it was beautiful- but I have a lead foot and I new that would get me I trouble. Matt listened to me and helped me find what was best for my needs- a new Camry! He's kind attentive and patient! Fast forward 3 years later and I've just experienced another wonderful experience with Matt! I appreciate the hard work he put in to get me into my dream car-2015 Venza!! I am SOOO loving it! Matt is still the best!!!! Thanx for the special gift!! I appreciate Toyota Direct for having someone like Matt on staff who isn't pushy, impatient or only interested in just the sale. It'll be awhile before I get another car, but if something great happens and I can afford another one- I'll be seeing Matt for his assistance. And I really appreciated Malek!
