2015 F 150 Lariat 502a I found my new truck on the internet after my (lame) dealer in Austin could not locate what I wanted. I only looked 10 minutes total! Anyway... I contacted L-Mc last Tuesday and the deal was done in 24 hours, including my 2015 GMC Denali trade. I drove up to Salina and picked up the truck on Friday at noon. I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life and the overall experience from this dealership was at the top of my list. My salesperson Darrin Smith said these guys treat both their customers and employees and it shows. Thanks for a great experience! More

Excellent Experience Looking to trade in our Grand Cherokee for a car. Found some Fusions online. Stopped by the dealership on a Saturday afternoon just to glance at them. Was not pushed or haggled with. They answered some questions and we were on our way. Came back a couple weeks later and drove home with a new Fusion. It was a really good day. We did not drive home questioning our decision. All the people we were dealing with were awesome. We will defiantly go back. More

My experience with Long McArthur was great. We bought a used Chevrolet Tahoe and traded in our Chevrolet Traverse. Most of the process was done online or by telephone at my convenience and was always frie used Chevrolet Tahoe and traded in our Chevrolet Traverse. Most of the process was done online or by telephone at my convenience and was always friendly. There was no harassment or pressure and ultimately we got everything we wanted without having to make a sacrifice. Our total time at the dealership was maybe 45 minutes including the test drive from start to finish. Dealing with Michael McArthur, Malory Sweat, and the financing personnel was totally easy and stress free. There was no pressure selling of additional coverages. They asked me once if I wanted the gap insurance or other warranties and that was it. The trade in process was the best and I will recommend Long McArthur to anyone regardless of their automobile needs. More

Was looking for a F 350 truck on E Bay and found the one at Long Mc Arthur,I called and talked to Monte Brent and he was very helpful in options and price of the truck that was thousands less than the best at Long Mc Arthur,I called and talked to Monte Brent and he was very helpful in options and price of the truck that was thousands less than the best deal I could get in west central Illinois. In less than two days they got the truck from a down payment over the phone to geting a fifth wheel hitch,sprey in bed liner,paint sealent all finished for me to pickup. When I arived they made the sale fast,the truck was as explained over the phone no suprises and was clean and ready to take home. From Monte in sales to truck accery and finance they wear all very friendly and knew their product answered all questions I had, they made a long distance sale smothe and easy. More

I seated the internet for the truck I was wanting. I found it a couple places but Long-McArthur (Malory) was the first to respond with an email and then a follow up phone call. I visited the dealership the next day and they someone waiting to speak with me. I purchased the truck and it was not high pressure and Dan was very helpful. It was a very pleasant experience all the way around. More

Monte and Malory were very nice. Monte is probably the most honest salesman I have ever talked with. I was doing a 9 hour away trade with pics only and a phone call. I contacted the dealership based off an internet search for a used suv. I was impressed with thier professionalisim and willingness to work through the specific questions I had about the truck. Even thou for a used suv. I was impressed with thier professionalisim and willingness to work through the specific questions I had about the truck. Even though I was doing the sale from 500 miles away I felt comfortable with the result I would get and the follow up service I would receive if something did happen. When the truck was delivered it came in the exact condition that was explained. There was one very minor issue that came up later but that was quickley addressed by Monte with no "red tape" and with great after sale care. It is hard to find a dealership that you can trust to give you the same quality of service after the sale, but Monte stood behind the product and I will go back to the same folks for my next truck purchase.
