The new vehicle buying experience was professional, courteous, efficient, and pleasant. The dealer had the vehicle I wanted in inventory and offered excellent value on the trade in. In this market fo courteous, efficient, and pleasant. The dealer had the vehicle I wanted in inventory and offered excellent value on the trade in. In this market for a Lexus RX 350, the dealer declined to negotiate the MSRP. It was take it or leave it. Our salesman, Mike Bowen, was knowledgeable, responsive to questions, pleasant, and efficient. On a test drive, he was very helpful explaining the various features of the vehicle, particularly the electronic shifting and door handles. Marc Jean provided me with an outstanding tutorial on the features of the Lexus RX 350, including synching my iPhone. More
