Upon arriving at Treasure Coast Lexus I was pleasantly greeted by Scott. Told him what I was looking for and he showed me some cars that met what I was looking for. Paul was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. He walked us through the process and the purchase and got us the exact vehicle we wanted. He seemed as excited as we were. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, I felt like part of their family. Lisa Soesbe greeted us, asked if we needed anything and gave us a tour of the dealer. Anthony Burrurano quickly came to welcome us and reassure us we were in good hands with Lisa. While I didn’t use the service area, it was the cleanest, I’ve ever seen. There were a variety of small areas, very home like for you to wait in while your car is being serviced or for doing preliminary paperwork if you’re buying. Lisa had the car ready for me to test drive as we had several conversations by phone prior where she had listened to what I was looking for so she was able to meet my needs. She was on top of every step to guide us through the buying process. I traded my car in and felt it was valued appropriately. David Smith made signing the paperwork smooth and efficient. Then Marc Jean from the Technology Department, who knew there was such a thing, showed me every feature of the car so I was fully informed of how to operate them. Overall... warm, friendly, professional, helpful, thorough and most of all they listened to what I was looking for. The day after I received thank you emails and follow up for feedback. We drove from Miami about 2 1/2 hours away and well worth the trip! I would most definitely use them again. More
