Start to Finish The experience of buying a new car is usually unnecessarily complex in my opinion. Buying my Lexus has proven to be the only exception to this "rule". The experience of buying a new car is usually unnecessarily complex in my opinion. Buying my Lexus has proven to be the only exception to this "rule". There were no attempts at high pressure so the purchase felt as if the decision was mine alone and that is as it should be. Better yet, unlike my experiences with other dealers in the past, I left with the vehicle and features I wanted. The fact that I did not have to settle or compromise was a refreshing change. From start to finish the experience was a good one and I commend Anthony Burruano and Howard Kent for their professionalism.
