The delivery specialist Marc Jean is well versed on all of the features of the RX350 and did an excellent job explaining how to use them. I came in to have my 2011 Lexus checked because the tire light would not go off. I was told it required a diagnostic test at the cost of $181.00. As it tuned out there was a nail in a tire. I thought the charge excessive since I bought a new car. More
